Personalised Products
As the majority of our products are made to order and personalised, they cannot be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
Please ensure all personalisation details, including names, dates, spelling and colours, are checked carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the fault or damage
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will offer one of the following where appropriate:
- A replacement
- A full refund
Incorrect Personalisation
If the mistake was made by Krafty Kreations, we will replace the item or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
If the personalisation error was due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility or offer a refund or replacement.
Non-Personalised Items
If you purchase a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided it is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Do not return items without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once work has started on a personalised item, cancellations may not be possible.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
